An intimate culinary gathering for just 18 guests, Chef's Table at Nomads is a celebration of hospitality, memory and flavour. Hosted by Abhimanyu Alsisar, this silver thali experience brings together a selection of his favourite recipes – dishes rooted in personal history and the rich culinary traditions of the region.
Served in the palace's striking hand-painted restaurant, the evening unfolds slowly, inviting conversation, connection and attentive eating. This is not a restaurant service, but a shared table – generous, intentional and deeply human.
