Karshni

Having discovered a knack for writing and a tendency to express herself best in the form of words, Mumbai-based singer-songwriter Karshni Nair began to upload her initial work on Soundcloud. Within a few months, she had garnered a loyal audience, captivated by her achingly beautiful voice, her dreamy vocals and her natural flair for songwriting.

With her raw and vulnerable approach to singing and songwriting, and the honesty in her lyrics, it's no surprise that Karshni’s live performances are generally in an intimate setting with a very receptive audience. Though relatively new to the scene, she has been actively performing in Mumbai and Pune, and, along her solo project, has received praise for her work on collaborative tracks with producers such as Three Oscillators and Dropped Out.
